Welcome back… It’s been a while!

We’re really pleased to be able to get a few live gigs up and running over August with Dubrek Studios‘ newly renovated beer garden – we now have an acoustic stage out the back where we will be holding our gigs, which also means we can operate with an audience of 30 under the guidance at time of writing.

We’re kicking off with a bill that supports local and new talent with headliners Marty bringing their three-piece indie-pop songs to us in acoustic form, a way of working that they’re abundantly comfortable with having done various sessions and smaller gigs on their way up to their current stardom (which includes a few nominations with the Roots Live Music Awards including Best Live Band Performer.

In support are local Derby live wonder Ayesha who has fantastic vocal control over her electronic and acoustic songs with hints of Ibiza chill as well as a captivating energy.

Opening the night will be a new face to the scene, Will Brown who has a voice past his years that delivers a mixture of Indie originals and covers.
