Vona Vella

Vona Vella are acoustic pop-folk-soul duo Daniel Cunningham and Izzy Davis (occasionally operating as a full band set-up). Their music is perfect for the summer heat, attracting interest from greats such as Morcheeba who picked up their single ‘Sun’ to remix, giving them a healthy quarter of a million plays on Spotify – madness, but worthy!

Using complex vocal harmonies accompanied with jazz inspired chords, Vona Vella deliver meaningful lyrics written for the listener to find their own interpretation. Also pulling from elements of folk, soul and pop, Vona Vella have created a new collection of songs to showcase Summer 2021. After recently joining a new label, they’re excited to be back playing live shows with their band, and stripping back to their acoustic roots.
